Not as far down as I want it to be, but doing ok the past month or so.  I just started so slowly that it's taking me a bit to catch up.

Nachos with chicken = 500 Cal

Oven "fried" chicken and salad = 500 Cal

Snack
Smoked pork belly (which a local butcher makes and is AMAZING) = 250 Cal
